Integration

PS Financials accounting and business management software has been designed specifically for Windows, Web and SQL Relational Databases and is written in Microsoft C++.  Because PS Financials is Microsoft and Windows oriented (it runs on Microsoft SQL), and with its unified ledger design, the software has been written with integration in mind which is why this is easy to achieve.

Integration with Microsoft Office (and Lotus)

PS Financials integrates with Microsoft Office by a simple 'click' from any screen into MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus or any MAPI compliant email system. The information is transferred into the MS Office or Lotus packages, tabulated and formatted, so the data is immediately available for editing and further work.

User Defined Batch Import

PS Financials allows for batch files to be imported from anywhere on a network either into a 'hold' database for review and posting, or directly into the ledgers. PS Financials performs all error and validity checking as well as posting and error reports to ensure this process is working correctly.

PS Financials API

PS Financials API objects with full validity and error checking allows third party applications to post easily into PS Financials, and means upgrades of PS Financials happen without having to re-engineer any third party software link. This facility is typically used for integrating Web and e-commerce 'front-end' systems to a PS Financials Accounting software 'back-end'.
